✨ Theta Brain Wave Activation: Guided meditation, yoga nidra and sound healing help you access theta brain waves, unlocking:

The Mindful Morning is a regular offering and will evolve over time. Each session will include a mixture of gentle yoga, breathwork and mindfulness work and can be tailored the the groups needs.
Come and join Kate who is the owner of Greenstone Retreat, and a qualified and experienced yoga teacher and group facilitator who is looking forward to guiding and sharing with you.
Comfortable clothing, water bottle and a journal will be needed. If you have a blanket, yoga mat and any other healing or comfort tools you need, please bring them. There are some yoga mats, eye pillows and blankets to use as needed.
$33 per session or Koha.
Koha should be an expression of how much importance you put on the event offered in a way that is affordable to you such as money, gift or energy exchange.
All welcome, no yoga experience needed.
