WEEKLY YOGA

Weekly classes are:Monday mornings for Connect & Stretch, Monday evenings for Hatha yoga and Saturday mornings for yin yoga. Pop up evening mixed classes or breathwork with Steve and Serenity On Sunday sound healings are also held regularly. Around the full moon we welcome ecstatic dance with yin yoga and sound healing.

Each session ends with a soothing sound healing to quiet the mind and relax the body.

During the Summer months there will be more workshops and classes. During the winter and shoulder seasons, look out for retreats and longer events.

A time for ceremony, conscious connected breathing, music & healing, for a small intimate group with limited spaces.

Breathwork is one of the most powerful and accessible tools for healing available to us. Using a conscious connected breathing technique combined with ceremony for protection, evocative, chakra-attuned music and gentle bodywork, you are guided on a journey inward to the unconscious. Bypassing the thinking mind and tapping into the body’s own innate wisdom and capacity to heal.
No experience is necessary. You are your own healer. This process simply creates the conditions for that healing to unfold.

What you might experience:
Regulation of your nervous system,
Release of stored stress, tension, and emotion
Increased energy and a boost to your immune system
Reduced anxiety and a deeper sense of calm
Improved sleep and mental clarity
A somatic release of held trauma and fear
Greater self-awareness, presence, and joy
A felt sense of connection — to yourself, to others, to something greater

What to expect on the day:
We’ll open with a welcome circle and a gentle introduction to the breathwork process. You’ll then be guided through a one-hour+ breathing journey to specially selected music, with hands-on support available throughout. We close with an art process, sharing circle and quiet integration time.

What to bring:  eye mask, water bottle, journal and pen. Wear comfortable clothing with layers as your temperature can change during the process.

About your facilitator
Kate is a certified Shamanic Breathwork Facilitator with Venus Rising, advanced yoga teacher with My Health Yoga, and sound healing practitioner.

Please note: Conscious connected breathwork may involve physical and emotional responses and is not recommended if you are currently experiencing cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy, pregnancy, recent surgery, or significant mental health challenges. Please reach out to Kate to discuss — adjustments can often be made.

A short health and consent form will be sent prior to the event so please book in early to secure your space.
Arrive 10 minutes early to settle in and don’t eat too much beforehand.
Cancellations within 3 hours of the event or no shows will incur the full fee with no refunds.

Chakra Tune up, Breathwork and meditation with Steve

Join Steve for a rejuvenating breathwork and meditation class that blends the energizing principles of the Wim Hof Method with the vibrational power of chakra-focused vowel sounds. You’ll be guided through rhythmic breathing cycles designed to activate the nervous system, deepen oxygenation, and create a sense of clarity and vitality. These techniques are accessible to all levels and help reduce stress, enhance focus, and support emotional balance.

You’ll then move into a meditative journey using specific vowel tones associated with each of the seven chakras. These resonant sounds help open and harmonize the body’s energy centres, allowing for deeper relaxation and inner alignment. Whether you’re seeking improved well-being, energetic grounding, or simply a peaceful reset, this class offers a powerful combination of breath, sound, and mindfulness to leave you refreshed and cantered.

Please avoid eating for at least 2 hours before this session.

The session will end with a deep and peaceful meditation to help you drop into your inner stillness. Message/call to book. Bulk yoga class passes are not available to be used for these sessions.

Steve has been using these tools with many in his capacity as a mental health nurse and daily personal practice for over 7 years.
