Booking Terms & Conditions
Check-in: 4-7.30pm – other check-in times are available upon request, we will send late check-in instructions to those arriving after this time.
Check-out: until 10:00
Children and Extra Bed Policy:
- Children older than 13 years old are considered adults
- Children between 6-13 years old are $5 (5 and under are free) when using camp ground with adults
- No cots are available.
- No extra beds are available.
Discounted rates are subject to availability and direct bookings only.
Cancellation of accommodation: within 24 hours of arrival date will be charged the full amount – from 4pm the day before arrival for standard and stay longer rates. Cancellations within 7 days of stay for A Week’s Retreat rates incur full charge.
Payments by card: incur a 3% card fee to cover our costs. Avoid the fee by helping keep cash alive.
Cancellation of classes: within 1hr of starting is the full amount.
Quiet time: 10pm – 8am to ensure a good nights rest for all and peaceful meditation time.
Parking: Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).
Pets: Allowed on request and to be kept on leads due to other animals on site. Notify on arrival before letting dogs out. No extra charges. No animals on human furniture e.g. beds, chairs, bean bags etc.
We recognize that general wear and tear, and minor breakages are part of the business we operate. For any loss, damage or cleaning beyond the usual level will be passed on to the persons responsible.
Whilst Kumara is generally a safe place, your personal possessions are at all times your own responsibility.
