Greenstone Retreat: A Sanctuary for Transcendence and Connection
Welcome to Greenstone Retreat, where nature’s embrace meets holistic healing. Nestled amidst serene landscapes, the retreat and campground offer a sanctuary for cyclists, adventurers, families, couples, and individuals seeking a profound connection with nature and themselves. Today, I’d love to share some transcendent moments from our recent events at the EVOLve Studio space, where healing practitioners have guided us to deeper layers of self-awareness and serenity.
Transcendent Moments at Greenstone
1. Safe Space Meditation with Letitia
Letitia from Safe Space Meditation Studio guided us through an unforgettable meditation session. Her gentle presence and profound ability to hold space allowed each participant to sink deeply into relaxation. I was particularly moved by the atmosphere she created—a safe, nurturing environment that invited inner peace and clarity. Letitia’s meditation left us all feeling rejuvenated, more centered, and profoundly connected to our inner selves. Leticia is back with a similar event on 4th August.

2. Shamanic Breathwork with Kathy Guidi
Kathy Guidi, a masterful Shamanic Breathwork Facilitator, led us on a powerful shamanic journey. Through her unique breathwork technique, participants experienced deep emotional releases and personal revelations. What stood out to me was Kathy’s unwavering support and her ability to guide us through intense, transformative experiences. Her session was a testament to the healing power of breath and the importance of having a compassionate guide on such journeys.

3. Wild Song Healing with Charlotte
Charlotte’s immersive frame drum workshop with Wild Song Healing was a delightful exploration of rhythm and voice. She empowered each of us to find confidence in our musical abilities, creating a space where we could freely express ourselves. The collective energy and harmony that arose from this workshop were truly magical. Charlotte’s guidance helped us reconnect with our innate musicality and the primal joy of creating sound together. https://wildsonghealing.com/

Kate’s top winter tips:
- Allow yourself the time to hibernate. Your down time in winter is the balance for the increase of energy of summer. It’s ok to be lazy, tired, sleepy and unmotivated for a time. You are a part of nature and a cyclical being and it is the rhythm of Mother Earth. Nap, wander, slow down and sit in the sun when you can.
- Do a daily check in. Take 5-10 minutes minimum either before getting out of bed or before sleeping to check in on how you are physically, emotionally and energetically. What is your hearts desire to help bring a little more balance into your life? Journaling has been an essential tool for me to help notice patterns, issues before they get too big, imbalances and body communications. Our emotions and our bodies are communicating to us all the time. Take time to thank them for sharing!
My daily journal prompts:
How can I give? (Do I need anything? Top your own cup up first before you extend this out to others.)
How can I grow? (Consider physical, mental and emotional growth. Podcast? Self awareness? Processing? Read?)
How can I celebrate? (What lifts your spirits? What is fun? What is your reward for completing something?) Try to make this one something healthy rather than damaging.
What are my top 3 gratitude’s today? (Consider the obvious and the less appreciated. This may turn into a whole page of gratitude’s to really get you glowing and joyous.)
Book your retreat today and embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing.
