Hatha and Yin Yoga with Kate

Kate has many years of yoga practice and study behind her and has completed 350 hour level 1 teacher training with My Health Yoga in 2019 and the level 2 teacher training completed in 2024. Each class is unique and follows the 8 limbs of yoga from Patanjali’s yoga sutras. Expect meditation, breathwork, philosophy and a magical sound healing at the end. Predominantly gentle Hatha yoga and occasionally more energetic asanas and postures may be explored whether flowing yang style or still yin. Add balance, strength and sound healing relaxation to leave you fully connected to your body, mind and soul. Classes are suitable for beginners upto intermediate and held in a safe, supportive and beautiful new purpose build EVOLve yoga studio.

Current Classes are Hatha yoga on Monday evenings starting 7pm during winter and 7.30pm over Summer and Yin yoga on Saturday mornings 8.30am. 75 minutes for $15. Each session ends with a short sound healing to completely relax your body and monkey mind! Perfect recharge.

All welcome to come and connect to yourself through gentle hatha yoga. Incorporating physical asana and meditation to improve balance, flexibility, strength and relaxation through movement, stillness and breathing exercises. Sound healing now available alongside yoga or on its own as a deep healing and relaxation experience.

Small classes can be tailored to your needs. All levels of experience including complete beginners welcome. Classes and workshops start at $12 for an hour and range from 75 minute to several hours.

Cancellation Policy for Classes and Events with Kate at The EVOLve Studio. Cancellations made within an hour of the event or no-shows will incur the full fee, payable to the provided bank account. Cancellations made more than an hour before the event are free of charge. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Private classes for $80 for upto 4 people, or $15pp from 5-15 people to focus on your individual needs. Great to get you started or to work through a physical or emotional hurdle. This could include sound healing, meditation, yoga nidra, restorative yoga, yin, hatha, yoga philosophy, journaling prompts, chakra clearing and/or a sacred cacao ceremony (additional $10 per person)

Individual yoga programmes for you to do in your own home to really get into your physical, spiritual and emotional needs using a range of tools from asana, breathing, affirmations, essential oil recommendations and so much more…..$80 per programme which includes 20-30 minute discussion either in person or via phone. Programmes are then emailed and can be updated for an additional $30 via phone or email.

Yoga with Aneta

B.K.S Iyengar is one of the most celebrated yoga masters to come out of India this century. He developed a traditional hatha yoga style that bears his name – Iyengar Yoga.

This form of yoga has an emphasis on detail, precision and alignment. The style often makes use of props, such as belts, blocks, and blankets, which allows people of all abilities to experience the poses fully, making it a great choice for beginners.

Iyengar Yoga promotes strength, flexibility, balance, and mental well-being.

A little about Aneta

“I’m a physiotherapist, masseuse and yoga teacher trained in Poland and Canada. At one point of my physio practice I started using yoga as a form of therapy, which worked really well! That’s how I decided to become a teacher. I like to combine my knowledge of anatomy and physiology into my yoga practice, letting my students understand the asanas and be more self-sufficient in the practice without hurting themselves.”
